I’ve been toiling at a plugin for a little while, and I think it’s finally time to release. Please welcome Poll Position to the gallery!

Poll Position is a plugin that lets you create polls right inside of Movable Type.

Woah. Let’s stop right there. How cool is that?

Similar to working with Entries and Pages, look in the Create menu to start a new Poll, or the Manage menu to edit existing ones. The number of polls, response choices, and votes is completely unrestricted, so you can go wild learning about your site’s visitor base! The poll form can be styled to fit the design of your site; and the poll results (a great-looking bar chart thanks to Google Charts) can be customized to match, as well. The price? 100% free!

Not enough for you? Step up to Poll Position: Champion, which offers a full compliment of template tags to create a custom poll form as well as results, and a “Poll” Custom Field type to make including polls on entries super-easy.
